Cookie and Kate began as a creative outlet in 2010, turned into a food blog in 2011, and became Kate’s full-time endeavor in 2014. The website has grown to become the most visited vegetarian food blog in the United States. Kate’s best-selling first cookbook, Love Real Food, was released on May 16, 2017.
