I love the fact that it uses only balsamic vinegar, I’ve seen recipes using sugar or honey as well and there is absolutely no need for it. Mine turned out a tiny bit tangy (I suppose that also depends on the balsamic vinegar itself) and I love it that way. I can’t wait to drizzle it over a tomato and burrata open sandwich.
