You lied – all the stews in your cookbook are not online.
I’m searching for the recipe for “Moroccan Butternut, Chickpea, and Couscous Stew.” I’ve bought your cookbook, served this at Thanksgiving, and now my sister in law wants the recipe, but you don’t have it online. What’s up?

I love that all of these recipes are either DF/GF or have that option available. Although I love wheat and dairy, I try to cut them out when I’m not feeling well (as well as sugar) to make it easier for my body to get well, which makes this the perfect list for anybody feeling under the weather!

Thank you Kate for so many amazing recipes. We have tried several of the soups on this list and try to make a new one each week.

I hope you’ll try growing lovage this year. It is a perennial and has no bad habits! Even if you don’t garden, this herb is no work! The stems are hollow so some people like to drink their Bloody Mary’s through them…since the plant is celery like. You’ll love the smell and taste. I dry it for Winter use and made wonderful vinegar with it as well. I love learning new things and learned today that nutritional yeast is good in soup. I’ll gonna try that! All the best to Cookie, like my dog Dalai…they are are number one fans!
